Job description
Training Program:

Our Sales program is like no other why drive to the city and fight traffic to make 6 figures. We have designed our Sales program to provide team members with the building blocks to achieve their career goals. The program is centered around key customer components such as: customer communication, relationship building, needs based selling, assets protection, paycheck protection and claims settlements. Sales will enjoy industry leading customer search engine platform called Sales Force. We purchase all your marketing, so you do not have to go door to door or call friends/family to close business. We are one of the top State Farm agencies in the state of Texas and take pride in developing talent!

Responsibilities:

-Hit production targets

-Be ethical and compliant

-Fact find and build solution based on customer needs

-Follow up with prospective customer

-Follow systems that lead to closed calls

- Maintain leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.

- Establish customer relationships and care about helping others.

- Be coachable

-Have a strong work

-Arrive early for work

Requirements:

- High school diploma or higher required

- Flexibility, position may require irregular working hours

- Ability to multi-task

- Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving

- Pride in getting work done accurately and timely

- Bilingual - Spanish preferred but not required

Compensation:

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:

-Hourly plus overtime (yes, we pay time and half)

-Bonuses and commission opportunity

- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) after 90 days of employment

- Optional health benefits after 90 days of employment
